Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@pureluxeliving.co.uk so that we can help.

Please note we stock products from brands and suppliers covering all of the UK because of this, our delivery lead time varies by product and by brand. 

FREE UK Mainland Delivery on all orders.

(We unfortunately do not offer free delivery if you are living in a remote area or currently stationed outside the UK Mainland.)

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@pureluxeliving.co.uk and we will replace any Faulty/Damaged goods free of charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Pure Luxe Living, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality home decor pieces. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 14 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Return

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned in the appropriate condition.

It is important to note that It is the customers responsibility to organise and cover the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply for a change of mind. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This is necessary to verify the date of purchase and ensure that it falls within the 14-day return window.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on  where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
